Jeremy Phan, 19, of Paducah, passed away 1:55 p.m. Thursday March 2, at Baptist Health in Paducah
He is survived by his mother, Donna Phan of Paducah. Three brothers; Will Estes of Grand Rivers; Charlie Phan of West Paducah; Julian Phan of Paducah.
Two sisters; BellaDonna Cole of Paducah; Jasmine Phan of Cape Corral, FL. One Niece and seven nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father Vien Phan.
Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Monday March 6th, 2017 at Lindsey Funeral Home with the Rev. Paul Ballew officiating. Entombment to follow at Maplelawn Park Cemetery. Visitation will be 5 – 8 p.m. Sunday evening, March 5th, 2017 at Lindsey Funeral Home. Lindsey Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
