Jerry Darnell

Jerry Darnell, 75, of Paducah, died Sunday morning, April 3rd, 2016 at his home. Jerry was a retired mechanic for the Paducah Water Works. Jerry also attended Park Ave. Baptist Church in Paducah.

He is survived by his wife, Martha; two daughters, Carol Darnell of Paducah, and Cindy Darnell of Calvert City; two sons, Jerry Darnell of Calvert City, and Donnie Darnell of Paducah; three brothers, Charles, Bill, and Richard Darnell; eight sisters, Faye Beeler, Kay Leavitt, Jean Traughber, Kathleen Watson, Adda Hughes, Betty Engler, Martha Hausman, and Rosemary Hopkins; nine grandchildren; twelve great grandchildren; one great, great grandchild; and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Cecil and Vera Youngblood Darnell, and two sisters.

Friends may visit the family on Monday, April 4th, 2016 from 5pm until 8pm at Lindsey Funeral Home in Paducah. Funeral services will be Tuesday, April 5th, 2016 at Lindsey Funeral Home starting at 2pm with Rev. Dale Harrell officiating.
