Jessie Turner, 73, of Paducah died on Tuesday, September 8, 2015 at Parkview Nursing and Rehab.
Surviving are several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by seven brothers and three sisters. His parents were John William Turner and Eva Asaline Phelps.
Services will be held at a later date.
