Joan Balmer Tack, 77 of Little Rock, Arkansas passed away on November 19, 2012 in Paducah.
Surviving are her daughters, Cheryl Ewing of Benton and Deborah Philpotts of Bethlehem, PA; one son, Barry Tack of Little Rock, AR; and numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, William G. Tack Jr. and her parents, James and Flora Balmer.
