Joel F. Bowen, 74 of Kevil, died 2:40 p.m. Wednesday January 10, 2018 at the Barkley Center in Paducah.
He is survived by his wife, Virginia Bowen, of Kevil; Mother, Ruby T. Pickron, two sons, Joel Curtis Bowen, of Paducah, and Brian Bowen of Melber, KY.; four daughters, Janice Ellifson of Paducah, Samantha Bowen of Smithland, Tabitha Carter of Paducah, Nikki Lopez of Paducah; two sisters Patricia Bowen of Florida and Nancy Moore of Oklahoma; one brother Steve Allen of Georgia. Twenty-six grandchildren, twenty-two great grandchildren.
A celebration of life service will be 11:00am on Saturday January 20, 2018 at Apostolic Church in Mayfield located at 186 West Tucker Road Mayfield, KY. with the Rev. Josh Oliver and Brian Bowen officiating.
