John Christian Bayer

John Christian Bayer, 54, of Milton, Kentucky, passed away over the Christmas holidays. John was born on April 17, 1970 in Cincinnati, Ohio. He was adopted by the late Mary and Jack Bayer.

 John was a lifelong member of the nomad society. He was a graduate of Trimble County High School, Bedford, Kentucky. He was a welder by trade, and loved traveling the country working on various projects he enjoyed watching Kentucky basketball, watching football, visiting with family, eating good food, and discussing politics. John was a loving and hard-working person who just went with life.

 Left to cherish his memory are his two children, Jacob Cooley (Jessica) and Savannah Bree McAllister (Zach), as well as her children, his loving sister, Dawn Bayer Scroggins, niece, Sierra Brooke Craigmyle (Tyler), as well as a niece and nephews. He grew up with various cousins, many of whom have preceded him in death. His cousin, Joy Burns. (Eddy) and her family will dearly miss him.

 He was preceded in death by his mother, Mary Chandler Bayer, and his Father, John William (Jack) Bayer. 

 A Celebration of Life visitation will be held at the Campbellsburg Community Center, 8191 Main St., Campbellsburg Kentucky, on January 19, 2025 from 12 PM to 3 PM.

 Lindsey Funeral Home of Paducah is in charge of arrangements.
