John W. Bradley III

John W. “Brad” Bradley III, 67, of Paducah, passed away Wednesday, April 17, 2024 at Baptist Health in Paducah.

Brad was a loving father, grandfather, and brother. Brad was an arts teacher at Holmes High School and St. Mary’s. He had a passion for all things art from painting to woodworking. Some knew him as Urgot, his preferred League of Legends champion. Brad was a proud veteran of both the Marine Corps and a captain in the U.S. Army where he served overseas in Iraq. He also coached soccer for many years at Holmes High School.

Brad is survived by four children, Casey Bradley (Daniel Jimenez), Caley Bradley (Sam Schaefer), Aodhan Bradley, and Coilin Bradley; four siblings, Lynn Baker, Craig Bradley (Temple). Patricia Bradley, and Charlotte Reidfort (Jeff); three grandchildren Henry Bradley, Shiloh Bradley, and Camille Jimenez; two aunts, Susan Bradley-Cox and Kirsten Bradley; loving cat, Rocky; several nephews and one niece.

Preceding Brad are his parents, John and Patricia Bradley; his grandparents; one brother-in-law, David Baker, two uncles, William Henry Bradley and Henry Luculus Bradley; and one aunt, Marilyn Bradley.

A memorial graveside for Brad will be held Wednesday, April 24. 2024 at 10:00 am at Oak Grove Cemetery in Paducah.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in his honor to the NAACP.
