John T. Stinson, 76, of Hickory, KY, died Saturday, February 20, 2016 at Jackson Purchase Medical Center in Mayfield. He was born August 4, 1939 in Paducah, KY to John J. and Grace Chambers Stinson.
He is survived by four children, Stephanie Harman of Hickory, KY, Debbie (Richard) Newberry of Maysville, KY, Tina (Bryan) Lamb of Paducah, KY, and William E. Stinson of Hickory, KY; one sister, Linda (Kenneth) Beach of FL; eight grandchildren, Jason Harman, Bradley Harman, Chelsea Harman, Jonathan Henderson, Lauren Newberry, Garrett Newberry, Kyle Lamb, and Christopher Stinson; one great-grandchild; one niece; and several cousins.
He was preceded in death by his parents; two great-grandchildren, Brayden and Katie Henderson; and one niece, Johnna Smith.
