Katherine (Nicholson) Flowers

Katherine Nicholson Flowers, 101 of Reidland, KY passed away on Saturday, June 1, 2019 at her residence.

Mrs. Flowers was a member of Reidland United Methodist Church.

Katherine is survived by her six children, Pat (Mike) Brunn, Charles (Gail) Flowers, Richard (Jane) Flowers, Margaret Roberts, Regina Davis, David Flowers; nine grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; four great-great-grandchildren; and several nieces.

She was preceded in death by her husband, James “Red” Flowers; one brother, Rex Nicholson; her sister, Zelma White. Her parents were Charles Nicholson and Bessie Wallace Nicholson.

Funeral services will be at 1:00pm on Friday, June 7, 2019 at the Reidland United Methodist Church with the Revs. Joe Hansen and Brent Porterfield officiating. Burial will follow at Bolton Cemetery.

Friends may visit the family from 11:00am to service hour on Friday at the church.

Memorial contributions may be made in her honor to Reidland United Methodist Church or Lourdes Hospice.
