Kathy (Simpson) Stoup

Kathy Stoup, 66, of Paducah passed away on Wednesday, July 19, 2023, at Mercy-Health Lourdes Hospital.

She was the owner and operator of KC Pilot Car. She enjoyed collecting Coca Cola items, Winnie the Pooh items, and Baby Dolls.

Surviving are her two children, Chad (Laura) Baggett of West Paducah and Chasity Cope of Paducah; two siblings, Karla Hansley and Brad Simpson; three grandchildren, Alexa Council, Karlee Council, and Troy Schissler; and twelve great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Ronald Stoup; and her parents, Charles Simpson and Francis Council.

She will be cremated per her wishes.

Lindsey Funeral Home of Paducah is in charge of arrangements.
