Kenneth Shaffer

Kenneth Eugene Shaffer, 75, of Boaz passed away Tuesday at Lourdes Hospital.
Mr. Shaffer was a Rail Road Oiler.
Surviving are his wife, Gertrude E. Shaffer of Boaz; her son, Tom (Kenda) Shaffer of Paducah; daughters Connie (Dewey) Loveless of Salem, and Deidra (Nickie) Burgess of Paducah; and one sister, Clara Coker of Paducah; eight grandchildren, Lindsey Shaffer, Brian Shaffer, Heather Largent, Stacey Myers, Whitney Burgess, Nicole Walston, Luke George, and Andrew George; and five great grandchildren, Michael, Lakyn, and Graclyn Largent, Logan Walston, and Landon Shaffer; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Boyd and Annie Goad Shaffer; one son, Donald Boyd Shaffer; and ten brothers and sisters.
Services will be 1:00 PM Saturday at High Point Pentecostal Church; Burial will follow at Mt. Pleasant Cemetery in Graves County with Bro. Doug Stevens officiating.
Friends may call after 6:00 PM Friday at Lindsey Funeral Home then after 10:00 AM Saturday at the church.
