Kevin L. Richard, 54, of Paducah, passed away Friday, January 3, 2020,   at Baptist Health in Paducah.

Kevin was born February 16, 1965 to Peter and Carol Richard. He was a retired Marine with a love of singing and 80’s music. When he was younger, he was in the International Boys Choir and traveled with the choir singing around Europe. Kevin also enjoyed tinkering with model cars and woodworking. He was involved with Project Valhalla and attended Salt and Light Community Church in Paducah. But he loved his family more than anything.

Kevin is survived by his wife, Crystal Michelle Puckett Richard; his mother, Carol Jean Richard; four children, Taylor Brianna (Josh) Richard Keeling, Savannah Farmer, Autum Danielle Richard, and Brandon Zackary Thomas (Carson) Richard; one sister, Lori Jean (Jimmy) Richard Grimm; eight grandchildren, Falon Farmer, Nathan Farmer, Tana Farmer, Anthony Farmer, Anna-Bri Joy Keeling, Emmytt Todd Keeling, Braylynn Richard,  and Dalton Richard; and several nieces and nephews.

Preceding Kevin in death is his father, Peter Craig Richard; one daughter, Santana Licole Simpson; and one nephew, Caleb Puckett.

A Celebration of Life will be held Saturday, January 11, from 3 pm to 5 pm at Salt and Light Community Church with Benjamin Grimm officiating.

Lindsey Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
