Leslie Blair Sr
June 15, 1918 — January 12, 2013
Leslie Blair Sr., 94 of Smithland died Saturday, January 12, 2013 at Oakview Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Calvert City.
Mr. Blair was a retired Army Combat Engineer, and was a veteran of World War II and the Korean War.
Surviving are two sons, Leslie Blair Jr. of Marshall Town, IA, and George Blair of Kuttawa; one daughter, Deborah DeGuire of Smithland; seven grandchildren; twelve great grandchildren; and one great great grandson.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Daisy Mae Blair; one brother; and one grandson. His parents were George and Jesse Blair.
Graveside services with military honors will be 1:00 pm Saturday, January 19, 2013 at Paradise Church Cemetery in Grand Rivers, with Bro. Lynn McWherter officiating.
