Mable Sweatt
January 23, 1920 — June 28, 2012
Mable Mammie Sweatt, 92 of Paducah died at 10:10pm Thursday at Medco Center of Paducah.
Mrs. Sweatt was a member of Twelve Oaks Baptist Church.
Surviving are one daughter, Linda Riggins of Paducah; two sons, Charles and Rickie Sweatt, both of Paducah; one sister, Lyla Mae Jones of Paducah; seven grandchildren; sixteen great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, William Walter Sweatt; one son, Larry Gene Sweatt; eight brothers and sisters; and one granddaughter.
Services will be 11:00am Monday at Lindsey Funeral Home, with the Revs. Brandt Lyon and Louis Brinker officiating. Burial will follow at Maplelawn Park Cemetery.
Visitation will be Sunday from 5:00pm until 8:00pm and Monday from 10:00am until the funeral hour, both at the funeral home.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Twelve Oaks Baptist Church Building Fund.
