Maggie Gipson
December 10, 1927 — January 26, 2012
Mary Maggie Gipson, 84 of Paducah passed away Thursday, January 26, 2012 at her residence.
She was a retired manager of the Gas Mart in Paducah and a member of First Church of the Nazarene.
Surviving are three sons, Mike Gipson of Philpot, KY, Jimmy Gipson of Paducah, and Rick Gipson of Paducah; one sister, Willie Mae Beach of Paducah; ten grandchildren, thirteen great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Herman Gipson, and three brothers. Her parents were Willie and Ona Tucker.
Services will be 11:00 am Saturday at Lindsey Funeral Home, with Dr. Russ Frazier officiating. Burial will follow at Woodlawn Memorial Gardens.
Visitation will be 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Friday, and from 10:00 am until the funeral hour on Saturday, at the funeral home.
