Margaret M. Haney

Margaret M. Haney, 89 of Paducah died Friday, September 30, 2011 at Western Baptist Hospital.

Mrs. Haney was a member of Southland Baptist Temple, and was a retired licensed private sitter.

Surviving are one daughter, Glenda (Purcell) Ritchie of Paducah; two sons, James Dennis Haney of Grand Rivers and Gary Dale Haney of Paducah; one brother, James “Catfish” Ryan of Freemont; and several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Luther Richard Haney; one daughter, Shelby Jean Haney; three sons, Robert Wayne Haney, Charles Richard Haney, and Luther Darrell Haney; and three grandchildren. Her parents were Michael and Pearl Ryan.

Services will be 1:00 pm Sunday at Lindsey Funeral Home, with Rev. Topper Council officiating. Burial will follow at Cothran Cemetery in Livingston County.

Visitation will be Saturday from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm at the funeral home.
