Margaret Genevive (Douglas) Johnston

Margaret Genevive Johnston, 94, of Paducah, died Sunday morning, November 11, 2018 at her home.

Margaret was a retired waitress with Westwood Country Club of Paducah, and was of the Baptist faith.

Margaret is survived by six children, Danny (Marcia) Johnston, Nancy (Alfred) King, David (Gina) Johnston, Billy (Becky) Johnston, Bobby Johnston, and Charlie Joe (Lori) Johnston, all of Paducah; seventeen grandchildren; fifteen great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Lucian Burle Johnston; her parents, Charles Walton and Hazel Genevive Dugan Douglas; one son, Frank Thomas Johnston; six brothers; two sisters; daughter in law Deana Johnston; and step son Larry Joe Johnston.

Friends may visit the family on Sunday, November 18th, 2018 from 5pm until 8pm at Lindsey Funeral Home of Paducah. Funeral services will be on Monday, November 19th,  2018 at Lindsey Funeral Home starting at 11am with Brother Homer Fletcher officiating. Burial will follow at Barlow Cemetery.
