Mark Gilbert

Mark Gilbert, 60, of Paducah, died Wednesday, July 15th, 2015 at Vanderbilt Hospital in Nashville, Tn.
Mark was a retired self-employed plumber and a member of Southland Baptist Temple in Paducah.
He is survived by his father, Melvie Gilbert of Symsonia; three sisters, Wanda Purcell of Bowling Green, Ky., Brenda Thompson of Paducah, and Sherry LaGore of Paducah; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Mary Lucille LaGore Gilbert; and one brother, Rufus Winters Gilbert.
Funeral services for Mark will be Saturday, July 18th, 2015 at Lindsey Funeral Home starting at 3pm with Rev. Topper Council and Pastor Jimmy Franks officiating. Friends may visit the family from 1pm until the funeral hour on Saturday at Lindseys.
