Mary Theda (Lindsey) Bobo
March 30, 1923 — October 23, 2017
Mary Theda L. Bobo, 94, of Paducah passed away Monday evening October 23, 2017 at Baptist Health Paducah.
Mrs. Bobo was a former secretary at First Baptist Church Paducah. She was a member of First Baptist Church Paducah, Rolling Hills Country Club, and the Paducah Elks Club.
She loved to play golf, watching birds, and dancing.
Surviving are her son, Richard A. Bobo Jr. of Paducah; one brother, Charles Lindsey of Bardwell; one granddaughter, Arminda (Joshua) Bobo Brown of Ormand Beach, FL; three great-grandchildren, Amber Nicole Reid of Paducah, Richard Michael Robertson of Paducah, and Caitlin Jean Reid of Paducah; and one great-great-grandson, John Mark Reid of Paducah.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 70 years, Richard A. Bobo Sr.; three brothers, James Milton Lindsey, Joseph D. Lindsey, and Tom J. Lindsey. Her parents were Joseph Lindsey and Lillian Vaughn Lindsey
Graveside services will be at 2:30pm on Friday, October 27, 2017 at Arlington Cemetery in Arlington, KY with the Rev. Hutch Hutcheson officiating. Burial will follow.
Friends may visit the family from 11:00am to 1:00pm on Friday at Lindsey Funeral Home.
