Mary Katherine (Poat) Knudsen
February 14, 1929 — June 12, 2017
Mary Katherine Knudsen, 88, of Paducah passed away on Monday June 12, 2017 at her residence.
Mrs. Knudsen was a homemaker and member of St. Francis De Sales Catholic Church.
Surviving are two children, Al (Dana) Knudsen of Paducah and Ann (Raymond) Poole of Paducah; three grandchildren, Ronnie Poole, Ian Poole, and Jensen Knudsen all of Paducah.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 64 years, Ronnie Knudsen; and one brother, Edmond H. Poat Jr. Her parents were Edmond H. Poat and Maggie Cissell Poat.
Funeral mass will be at 12:00pm on Thursday, June 15, 2017 at St. Francis De Sales Catholic Church the Fr. Bruce McCarty officiating. Burial will follow at Mt. Carmel Cemetery.
Friends may visit the family from 9:30am-11:30am on Thursday at Lindsey Funeral Home.
