Mary F. Potts

Mary F. Potts, 70, of Ledbetter passed away on Thursday, March 8, 2018 at her residence.

Mrs. Potts was retired from the Environmental Services Department at Western Baptist Hospital. She was a long-time member of Southland Baptist Temple. She enjoyed cooking and helping care for people in her spare time.

Surviving is her husband of 36 years, David Potts of Ledbetter; two sons, Michael (Teri) Adams of Paducah and Bryan (Lee Ann) Adams of Grand Rivers; seven sisters, Norma Jean Denfip, Brenda Colson, Clara Reed, Janice Johnston, Sarah Hunter, Trish Hunter, and Becky Arant; four grandchildren, Dalton Overby, Candice Overby, Haley Adams, and Chaney Adams; and two great-grandchildren, Lena Overby and Landon Overby.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Oran and Emma Henson.

Funeral services will be at 2:00pm on Tuesday, March 13, 2018 at Lindsey Funeral Home with the Revs. Topper Council and Jimmy Franks officiating. Burial will follow at Oak Grove Cemetery in Ledbetter.

Friends may visit the family from 5:00pm to 8:00pm on Monday or from 1:00pm to service hour on Tuesday at the funeral home.
