Biography
Muoi To, 61, of Paducah died March 26, 2009 at Western Baptist Hospital.
Moui is survived by her mother Tam Thoai To of Paris, France, one brother To To Ha of Paris, France, and one sister Thanh Ngoe Duong of Paducah.
She was preceded in death by her father Kien Lee, one brother Xie Yun Lee, and one sister Hang Ly.
There will be no public services. Lindsey Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
