Noble C. Free of Paducah passed away at 5:50 p.m. Saturday, September
6, 2008 at Parkview Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.
Mr. Free was a member of Gospel Mission Worship Center of Paducah and was a Kentucky Colonial. He retired after thirty years of service from
Paducah Tilghman Vocational School.
He is survived by two sons, James Free (Darlene) of Paducah and Darrell Free (Peggy) of Paducah. One daughter, Judy Thompson (Joey) of
Sharp; three grandchildren, Jennifer Free of Jackson, Tenn., Bradley Free of Paducah and Jamie Free of Paducah; also one brother, Roscoe Free of Paducah.
He was preceded in death by his wife of 61 years, Omeda; one son, Don Free; three sisters, Doris Ann Blair, Anna Mae Walker and Jesse Mae Fox; and his parents, Thomas and Clora Mae Free.
Funeral services will be at noon Tuesday, September 9, 2008, at Roth Funeral Chapel with the Rev. Paul Hatcher officiating. Burial will follow at Oak Grove Cemetery of Paducah.
Visitation will be from 5 p.m. until 8 p.m. today, September 8, 2008, at Roth Funeral Chapel.
