Myrtle Louise Blair Maedaker, 88, of Paducah died Monday at her home.
Surviving are one great-niece, Carolyn Chancellor, and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Maedaker; five brothers; and one sister. Her parents were James and Nanny Blair.
Services will be at noon Wednesday at Lindsey Funeral Home. Burial will be at Pell Cemetery in Brookport, Ill.
Friends may call after 10 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
