Nancy Jo Hoey

Nancy Jo Hoey, 78, originally from Zeigler, IL. passed away Sunday, October 30th, 2016 at Shawnee Christian Nursing Center in Herrin, IL.
Nancy was born in Herrin, on July, 10, 1938, the daughter of John and Mary Cullen Hoey. She was a member of St. Aloysius Catholic Church in Royalton. Nancy worked as a certified court reporter for the Illinois Industrial Commission.
She is survived by two brothers, Jim (Denise) Hoey of Royalton, IL., and Tim (Luanne) Hoey of Tuscola, IL.; two nephews, Matt of Royalton, IL. and Wade (Yen) of Champaign, IL.; one niece, Kelsi (Garrison) Stenger of Tuscola, IL.; one great nephew, Parker Hoey; and great niece, Addison Hoey.
Nancy was preceded in death by her infant sister, Johnna Bea Hoey; her parents; and mother Margaret Hoey.
Per her wishes, she will be cremated and a private service will be held at a later date.
