Nellie Rosen-Biggs

Nellie Louise Rosen-Biggs, 86 of Sedalia, died Wednesday, August 7, 2019 at Mills Health and Rehab in Mayfield.

Mrs. Rosen-Biggs is survived by one daughter, Dixie Jo Maskell of Burlington, Washington; and four grandchildren, Nicholas Mayo, Jacob Mayo, Dixie Snow Jines, and Tim Flynn.

She was preceded in death by her parents, John “Jack” and Pearl Virginia Smiley; two children, Robert James Livezey and Michael Jo Livezey. She was the last of eleven siblings to pass. She was also preceded by three husbands, Wayne Livezey, Bill Rosen, and Darrel Biggs.

Mrs. Rosen-Biggs will be cremated and no services will be held.

Lindsey Funeral Home of Paducah is in charge of arrangements.
