Peggy Danner

Peggy Virginia Danner, age 91, passed away on June 16th, 2022, at Ray & Kay Eckstein Hospice Center in Paducah, KY. In her life, she was a homemaker who loved her family very much. She loved animals and nature of all kinds. She spent a lifetime as an animal advocate, treating all animals with kindness and love, trying to make their lives better. She was an active member of the Humane Society for many years.

Peggy is survived by her daughter, Dorthea Danner of Paducah, KY; her grandchildren, Lila Lee Lange of Paducah, KY, Laura Ann (Craig) Klope of Mt. Juliet, TN, and Dorthea “Dee Dee” Danner of Metropolis, IL; her great grandchildren, Chandler James Lange of Paducah, KY, TianaRose Nicole Lange of Paducah, KY, Braden Alexander (Renae) Klope, Austin Taylor (Rachael) Klope, and Makenzie Rose Klope; and her great great grandchildren, EllaGrace Rose Lange of Paducah, KY, Savannah Dorthea Lange of St. Augustine, FL, and Grayson Taylor Klope of Mt. Juliet, TN.

Peggy is preceded in death by her husband of 74 years, Ray Danner; her sons, Danny Ray Danner and Charles Raymond Danner; and her grandson, Joshua Raymond Lange.

Services for Peggy Danner will be held at a later date.
