Rachel Spence

Rachel Lee Ann Spence, 36, of Mayfield died Friday, February 19, 2016 at her home.
She is survived by three sons, Maalik Rush of Paducah, Sincere Rush of Paducah, and Dimitri Spence of Mayfield; her mom, Charlotte Ramsey; step-dad, Larry Ramsey; one sister, Stephanie Walker of Mayfield; one brother, Mark Allen Spence of Ledbetter; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her father, Phillip Hurkes; her grandparents, Author Lee and Virginia Ann Ort; and one uncle, Kenneth Ort.
Funeral service will be Tuesday, February 23, 2016 at 2:00pm at Lindsey Funeral Home with Bro. Dewayne Weathers officiating. Cremation will follow at the Cremation Society of Paducah.
Visitation will be Monday, February 22, 2016 from 5:00pm til 8:00pm at the funeral home.
