Raymond "Leon" Crisp

Leon R. Crisp, 76, of Calvert City, KY died Friday, October 16, 2015 at Vanderbilt Medical Center in Nashville, TN.
He is survived by his wife, Phyllis Crisp of Calvert City; two sons, Curt Lockhart and wife Lori of Eddyville, KY, and Barry Crisp and wife Trina of Symsonia, KY; one sister, Shirley Ramey of Athens, AL; four grandchildren, Channing Crisp, Cameron Crisp, Carmen Crisp, and Alisha Wilkerson; four great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Elmer Crisp and Joyce Pirtle.
Memorial services will be held at a later date.
