Raymond Elder
February 16, 1927 — March 4, 2009
Raymond Jewell Elder 82 passed away Sunday March 1, 2009 at his residence.
Mr. Elder was of the Pentecostal Faith.
Mr. Elder is survived by his wife Helen Elder, one son Johnny Michael Elder of Paducah, one daughter Glenda Sue Newton of Paducah, two sisters, Pauline Johnson of Symsonia, and Patsy A. Meyer of Tampa, Fl, four Grandchildren and five Great- Grandchildren.
Mr. Elder is preceded in death by his parents James C. and Mary R. Elder, one daughter Tammy Jane Elder, three brothers, Charles Buckner, Joe Buckner, and one infant brother and one infant sister.
A private graveside service will be held Thursday March 5,2009 at Maplelawn Park Cemetery in Paducah.
