Rhonda Gaye (Dunn) McGee

Rhonda McGee, 61, of Paducah passed away on Monday, July 17, 2017 at the Ray and Kay Eckstein Hospice Care Center in Paducah.

She was born on September 29, 1955 at the William Beaumont Army Hospital in El Paso, Texas to Lewis Wayne and Mary Nell Dunn. She was a graduate of Ballard Memorial High School and Paducah Community College.

Mrs. McGee was a registered nurse and worked for the Respiratory Disease Clinic in Paducah for the past 21 years. She was active member of Olivet Baptist Church where she served as a children’s Sunday school teacher. In her spare time she enjoyed working in her flower gardens.

Surviving are her husband of 38 years, Robert McGee of Paducah; three children, Marla (Cory) McLaughlin of Hillsboro, MO, Autumn (Shawn) Fairfield of Paducah, and Nathan (Amy) McGee of Kevil; her parents, Lewis Wayne Dunn and Mary Nell Dunn of Paducah; two sisters, Keena Miller of Murray, and Jackie Allen of Paducah; seven grandchildren, Dylan, Winter, Remy, Matthew, Owen, Tristen, and Ryker; and one great-granddaughter, Olivia.

She was preceded in death by one brother, Terry Dunn.

Funeral service will be at 1:00pm on Friday, July 21, 2017 at Lindsey Funeral Home with the Rev. Gary Millraney officiating. Burial will follow at Pleasant Hill United Methodist Church Cemetery in Ballard County, KY.

Friends may visit the family from 11:00am to service hour on Friday at the funeral home.
