Richard Dale Courtney, 69, of Clinton passed away on Monday, September 3, 2018 at the Ray and Kay Eckstein Hospice Care Center in Paducah.
Mr. Courtney formerly worked for General Tire and was a U.S. Army Veteran.
He will be cremated per his wishes and no services are scheduled at this time.
