Richard Alexander Minnick

Rick Minnick, 57, of Paducah, Kentucky passed away on Monday, July 19, 2021, at Baptist Health Paducah after a long and courageous struggle with multiple illnesses.

Rick leaves behind his devoted and loving wife of 30 years, Robin Minnick who tirelessly was by his side through thick and thin.

Rick also leaves behind his five children: Maggie Clines (nee Braun), Trenton Duran, Heidi Minnick Guice, Hannah Shippey and Richard Minnick; two stepchildren: Chris Bearden and Melissa Bearden; two brothers, Ken Minnick and Michael Minnick; nieces Nicole Minnick, Kendra Matuszewich (nee Minnick) and Sara Minnick, as well as several grandchildren.

Rick was a lover of cars and motorcycles and worked as a successful general manager in the automotive transmission industry in Johnson City, TN.  He was of the Pentecostal faith, and we are certain he is smiling down on us from Heaven.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Kenneth and Helen Minnick (nee Longshore).

Funeral services will be at 1:00pm on Monday, July 26, 2021 at Lindsey Funeral Home with the Rev. Jack Russell officiating. Burial will follow at Maplelawn Park Cemetery.

Friends may visit the family from 11:00am to service hour on Monday at the funeral home.
