Robert Clifton Rudd Jr.

Robert C. Rudd Jr., 84, of Paducah, died Wednesday, March 29th, 2017 at Continue Care Hospital at Baptist Health in Paducah. Robert was a 20-year retired military veteran with the US Navy. He also was a 23-year retired material handler with GAF in Calvert City, Ky. Robert was a member of Calvary Baptist Church of Paducah where he served as a trustee.

Robert is survived by his wife Marcia; four daughters, Diane Rudd of Marshall County, Theresa Hicks of Wickliffe, KY., Kathy Redman of Paducah, and Lynn Fraser of Wickliffe; two step daughters, Vickie Dike of Paducah, and Crystal Brown of Paducah; one sister, Pat Peyton of Paducah; ten grandchildren; two great grandchildren; seven step grandchildren; three step great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his first wife, Anna Faye Rudd; his parents, Robert Clifton & Lucille Ray Rudd; and two brothers, Paul and Billy Rudd.

Friends may visit the family on Sunday evening, April 2nd, 2017 at Lindsey Funeral Home of Paducah from 5pm until 8pm. Funeral services will be on Monday, April 3rd, 2017 at Lindsey Funeral Home of Paducah starting at 1pm with Rev. Paul Hatcher officiating. Burial will follow at Brooks Memorial Gardens in Paducah.
