Roderick T. Dittmer, 82 of Paducah died at 10:03pm Thursday, October 25, 2012 at Western Baptist Hospital.
Mr. Dittmer was a retired City Planner.
Surviving is his wife, Lois Dittmer; two sons, Robert Dittmer of Cedarburg, WI and Rian Dittmer of Dusseldorf, Germany; two daughters, Kathleen Dittmer of Santa Fe, NM and Kristine Nathanson of Raleigh, NC; one sister, Christine Steege of Ft. Myers, FL; and one grandson.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Ralph and Elta Mae Dittmer.
A family memorial service is being planned. Cremation will be performed by Cremation Society of Paducah.
Lindsey Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
