Roger Dunn
August 23, 1948 — October 2, 2010
Roger Dale Dunn, 62 of Hazel, KY died Saturday, October 2nd at Lourdes Hospital in Paducah.
Mr. Dunn was a carpenter and a Vietnam veteran, serving in the Marine Corps as a Staff Sargeant. He was an active member of the Calloway County Tea Party and various AA groups in Kentucky and Tennessee.
Surviving are his wife, Venita Loranger; one son, Rodney (Shanna) Dunn, serving with the USMC in Japan; one daughter, Patty Dunn LeMay of Pulaski, TN; three sisters, Brenda (Keith) Justice of Ashland City, TN; Kathy (David) Wallace of Paducah, KY, and Angie (Merlle) Sampson of Kentucky; one Uncle, Bobby Rae (Ann) Perry of Ashland City, and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Nathaniel Joe Dunn and Mabel Perry Dunn Decker and one sister, Dora Jean Decker.
A memorial service will be announced at a later date. Lindsey Funeral Home of Paducah is in charge of arrangements.
