Sharron Kay Harris

Sharron Kay Harris, 77, of Calvert City, KY passed away on Friday, August 23, 2024, at Baptist Health Deaconess Madisonville Hospital. Sharron was of the Baptist Faith.

She was born on May 29, 1947, in Gary, Indiana to the late Gird Herring and Mary Lucille “Sally” Herring.

Surviving are her three sons, Shawn (Heather) Harris of Hanson, KY, Brent (Catherine) Harris of Brandon, FL, Justin (Angel) Harris of Gilbertsville; sisters, Dianne Draffen of Calvert City and Marilyn Wyatt of Benton; four grandsons, Gage Harris, Gatlin Harris, Dylan Harris, Keegan Harris; and several nieces and nephews. 

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Jesse Allen Harris; sisters, Betty Herring, Dorothy Fitzgerald, and Carolyn Eplee. 

Graveside services will be at 1:00pm on Wednesday, August 28, 2024, in the chapel at Woodlawn Memorial Gardens with the Rev. Mike Easley officiating. Burial will follow.
