Biography
Shirley Ann Tinnon Blackwell, 76, of Paducah died on Saturday at her home.
Ms. Blackwell was a retired factory worker.
Surviving are her sister, Betty Homyer of Granite City, IL and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, James Tinnon and Martha Starnes; her stepfather, Marvin Starnes; and one sister, Margie Andrecht.
Visitation will be on Thursday from 11:00am to 1:00pm at Lindsey Funeral Home in Paducah
