Sibyl Bell, 86, of Paducah died on Sunday October 26, 2014 at Baptist Health of Paducah.
Ms. Bell was retired from the West Kentucky Regional Mental Health and a member of First Baptist Church of Paducah.
Surviving are three brothers, Clinton Bell of Michigan, Robert Bell of Paducah, Lourd Bell of Eddyville; one sister, Shirley Shoukletovich of Benton; and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Thurman and Nelle Bell; one brother; and three sisters. Services will be held at a later date.
Lindsey Funeral Home of Paducah is in charge of arrangements.
