Stephen Farris

Stephen Allen Farris, 62, of Paducah, KY, grasped the hand of God Sunday January 25, 2015 at Baptist Health Paducah.

Each precious moment you gave us, shall never depart. Go and dance with angels, singing so joyfully. Ask them to take good care of you as you cared so much for us.

Steve graduated Paducah Tilghman as well as ITT. Served proudly in the Navy, married twice and had three sons. Steve lived with, cared for and was cared by his son Thomas Farris, daughter -in-law Bethany Williamson and his most cherished granddaughters Abigail and Leah.

Steve was preceded in death by his father, Edmond Allen; and his eldest son, Ryan Allen Farris.

Steve will truly and lovingly be missed by his mother, Shirley Scurlock Farris; one uncle, Billy Farris; one aunt, Dorris Bristow; two brothers, Bruce (Donna) Farris, Eddie Farris; two sisters, Teresa (Victor) Bobb, Patricia (Kathy Allen) Farris; two sons; Todd C. and Thomas (Bethany) Farris; two grandchildren, Abagail & Leah Farris; several nephews and nieces; and dozens of cousins in West Kentucky & Chicago area.
