Steve Lynn Hudson

Steve Hudson, 74, of West Paducah, met his heavenly reward on Tuesday, November 21st, 2023 while at Lourdes Hospital of Paducah.

Steve was a retired maintenance mechanic for the Paducah gaseous diffusion plant. He was an avid welder who enjoyed working on things to help other people. He loved old cars and tinkering with them as well. Steve’s hands were always in the act of helping a fellow neighbor. Steve was an integral member and part of Christ Community Church of West Paducah. He was an Elder and head of the Security Department for the church. He will be sorely missed by many.

Steve is survived by his loving wife of 43 years, Connie; three children, Angie (Blane) Mullen of Reidland, Jennifer (Scott) Hayden of Bardwell, and Jason (Danielle) Hudson of Verona, Ky.; one sister, Gayle Young of Columbus, Ky.; one brother, Gary Hudson of Paducah; seven grandchildren, Miranda Stewart, Cody Hayden, Kayla Hayden, Jacob Hayden, Soren Hudson, Eden Hudson, and Raine Hudson; and one great grandchild, Sutton Stewart.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Edwin Hudson and Helen Cole Hudson. F

riends may visit with the family on Sunday, November, 26th, 2023 at Lindsey Funeral Home from 1pm until 3pm. Funeral services will start at 3pm following the visitation with Pastor Tim Turner officiating. Interment will follow at Brookhill Cemetery in Paducah.
