Thelma Jeffers

Thelma Renee Jeffers, 85 of Paducah passed away at 6:29 AM Monday, January 26, 2009 at Western Baptist Hospital. Graveside services will be at 12:00 PM Wednesday, February 4, 2009 at Mt. Kenton Cemetery. The Rev. Gary DeRossett will officiate.

Thelma was of the Baptist faith and was a homemaker.

She is survived by two sons; Larry (Mary) Thompson of Boaz, KY and Danny Ray Thompson of Paducah, KY, one daughter; Sharon (Charles) Schnaare of Brookport, IL, one sister; Nellie Marie Hardin of Smithland, KY, eight grandchildren; Crystal Thompson Peck of Boaz, KY, Bruce Thompson of Water Valley, KY, Kelli Thompson of Orlando, FL, Amber Thompson of Paducah, KY, Robert Schnaare of Auburn, NY, Brent Schnaare of Salem, VA, Shelley Schnaare of Evansville, IN and Melissa Gibbs of Brookport, IL, Great Grandchildren; Taegan Marie Thompson, Tyler Raker and Jacob Thompson. Several Nieces and Nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; George and Evalena Hall Hardin. four brothers, three sisters, two grandchildren; Larry Dale Thompson and Terry Dean Baker.

Friends may call from 9:30 to 11:30 AM Wednesday at Lindsey Funeral Home in Paducah.
