Vernon Sturgeon

Vernon Sturgeon, 69 of Paducah died May 4, 2019 at Baptist Health in Paducah.

He is survived by his wife, Patricia Sturgeon of Paducah;  his father, Vernon Sturgeon Sr.;one daughter, Aimee Lacey of Carbondale, IL; two sons, Jason Sturgeon of Carbondale, IL. and Jesse Duncan of Metropolis, IL; one brother, James Sturgeon of Symsonia.; two sisters, Sharon Otey of Paducah and Connie Thomas of Ledbetter.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Louise Martin Sturgeon.

Visitation will be 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Tuesday May 7, 2019 at Lindsey Funeral Home with funeral services to follow at 7 p.m.  with the Rev. Richard Beck officiating. There will be no burial.

Lindsey Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
