Violet Buchanan

Lavern Buchanan, 92, of Paducah died Wednesday afternoon, August 20th, at Oakview Nursing Home.
Mrs. Buchanan was a retired Dietician with Baptist Health of Paducah.
She is survived by one son, Jack Buchanan of Paducah; one brother, Teddy Mungle of Paducah; two grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Elliott Buchanan; her parents, Robert and Rosie King Mungle; four brothers and three sisters.
Graveside services will be held at Maplelawn Park Cemetery mausoleum on Friday August 21st at 11am with the Rev. Wayne Carter officiating.
Lindsey Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
