Willadean Hammonds

Willadean Dean Hammonds, 84 of Ledbetter passed away Monday at Lourdes Hospital.
Mrs. Hammonds was a homemaker and of the Baptist faith.
Surviving are her daughter, Carolyn Stewart of Ledbetter; one son, Chet Hammonds of Hazel, KY; one step-daughter, Charlotte (David) Munson of New Boston, IL; one step-son, Charles (Nancy) Hammonds of Paducah; two brothers, Jesse Leon (Wanda) Nichols of Hutchinson, KY, Ollie Gene (Phyllis) Nichols of Providence, KY; two grandchildren, Dan (Rebekah) Stewart of Metropolis, Josh Stewart of Paducah; and four great-grandchildren, Zach Stewart of Metropolis, Jake Stewart of Paducah, Nolan Stewart of Metropolis, and Adam Stewart of Metropolis, and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Henry Hammonds; her parents, Jesse and Laura Nichols; two brothers, Richard Nichols and Linton Nichols; one son-in-law, Kerry Stewart, and one grandchild, Kimberly Stewart.
Funeral service will be at 11:00am Thursday at Lindsey Funeral Home with Rev. Fred Lowrance officiating. Burial will follow at Oak Grove Cemetery in Ledbetter.
