William Monroe Boucher

William “Bill” Boucher, 59, of Kevil died on Tuesday, April 10, 2018 at the Ray and Kay Eckstein Hospice Care Center in Paducah.

Mr. Boucher was a retired construction worker from Local 1214 and was a U.S. Marine Veteran.

Surviving is his wife, Janice “Lovey” Boucher of Kevil; one daughter, Misty Johnston of Clarkridge, AR; two sisters, Marie Bender of Barlow and Michele Whitt of Bandanna; five grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Monroe Boucher and Lula Adams Boucher.

The family will hold a private celebration of life service at a later date.

Memorial contributions may be made in his honor to Lourdes Hospice at 1530 Lone Oak Rd. Paducah, KY 42003.
