William Christian

William Christian, 58, of Metropolis passed away on Wednesday, October 2, 2024, at his residence.

William was an IBEW Electrician and owner/operator of his own HVAC business. He enjoyed being outdoors and loved the ocean and his years in the Caribbean. He loved to scuba dive and deep-sea fishing. 

Surviving is his wife, Cheri Christian of Metropolis; children, Hannah Christian of Paducah and Christopher Salazar-Christian and partner, Ellie Cary of Juneau, AK; his father, Bill Christian of Metropolis, and one grandchild, Lucian Salazar-Christian of Juneau, AK.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Doris Dee Christian and his dog, Diesel.

Private family services will be held.
