William Edward Powers

William Edward Powers, 89, of Paducah passed away on Monday, June 28, 2021, at River Crest Assisted Living in Paducah.

Mr. Powers was formerly the director of the Hickman Housing Authority and of the Episcopalian Faith.

Surviving is one sister, Ann Counts of Paducah; one brother, James T. Powers of Denver, CO; two nieces; and several cousins.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Ernest Edward Powers and Martha Emily Dodds Powers.

He will be cremated and later buried at the Hickman Cemetery.
