Frank “Tito”Rosario, 40; Tina Rosario Rodriguez, 41 ; Xavier Lopez, 2 and Emma Strawser, 4; all of Paducah, passed away after a boating accident on the Ohio River on Friday, August 21, 2015.

Mr. Rosario was a Riverboat Mechanic. His spirit of joy and laughter will be forever remembered. Surviving are his parents, Mario Palacio and Hilda R. Lugardo; four sons, Frank Rosario of Paducah; Reynaldo Lopez of Paducah; Michael Rosario of Chicago; and Jay Rodriguez of Paducah; two daughters, Maria Rodriguez of Paducah and Kayla Rosario of Chicago; five brothers, Hector (Siliva), Lui, Tony (Maria), Pelipe, Billy and Anthonio; and three sisters, Wendy, Hilda and Nancy.

He was preceded in death by his spouse, Tina Rodriguez; and two grandchildren, Xavier and Emma.

Mrs. Rodriguez was a CNA at Superior Care Home. She is survived by her parents, Donald and Dorothy Przybylo of Calvert City; one brother, Ronald (Emily) Przybylo of Paducah; and three nieces, Kassandra, Jocelyn and Michelle.

Emma Strawser, is survived by her father, Andrew Strawser; her mother, Amber McIntosh; and four sisters, Madison, Alexis, Kailigh and Arianna.. She was preceded in death by her brother, Xavier Lopez.

Xavier Lopez, is survived by his father, Reynaldo Lopez; his mother, Amber McIntosh; and his grandparents, Elizabeth Harding and Anthony McIntosh.

Funeral services will be 1:00pm Thursday, August 27, 2015 at Heartland Worship Center. Burial will follow at Burkhart Cemetery in Graves County.

Visitation will be 5:00pm until 8:00pm Wednesday, August 26, 2015 at Lindsey Funeral Home; and 10:00am until 1:00pm Thursday at Heartland Worship Center.

The family has requested contributions to assist with expenses. These may be made to the Memorial Fund For the Families of Emma, Xavier, Tina and Tito Rosario at Lake Chem Community Federal Credit Union, PO Box 244, Calvert City, KY 42029.
