David, Manager, and licensed Funeral Director, is a native of Trenton, New Jersey, and has resided in the Paducah area since 1976. He joined the staff at Lindsey Funeral Home in the early part of 2013. He graduated in 1982 from Crittenden County High School in Marion, Ky. and obtained an Associates Degree in Theology from the International Bible School of Theology in Norris City, Illinois, and is an ordained Minister. He currently lives in West Paducah with his wife, Sherry. He has five sons, Larry and his wife Kendra, Jason & his wife Casandra, Austin & his wife Breanna, Carson, & Dalton and his wife Hannah, and eight grandchildren, Gradie Layne , Helton Avery, William David, Emery Kaylynn, Decyln , Jaxon, Theo and Scarlett. He is a member of Christ Community Church in West Paducah where he serves as a board member, Deacon & teacher & is a member of the Paducah Kiwanis Club. David enjoys working with and especially serving people as he has spent the last 30 years in the retail industry. His favorite pastimes are spending time with his family & church family, auction hunting, and working on his 1965 Plymouth Fury.
Brandon is a licensed funeral director and resides in Metropolis, IL. He is married to Jennifer Heine, who is the office manager of Lindsey Funeral Home. Together they have one son named Evan. They are active members of Waldo Baptist Church in Metropolis where they serve in the children and youth departments. He is actively involved with the Paducah Area Chamber of Commerce and the Paducah Kiwanis Club. One of his favorite quotes is “People don’t care how much you know, until they know how much you care”. It is his goal that each family that walks through the door of Lindsey Funeral Home leaves knowing how much he cares for them and their family.
Greg, a native of Madisonville, KY, has been licensed Embalmer and Funeral Director Kentucky since 1983. With over 37 years experience serving families in Western KY. "I consider this a ministry and calling, not just a job. I wanted to be a funeral director since I was 12 years old when my father and grandfather died 6 months apart." Greg is former board secretary for Western Kentucky Regional Mental Health/Mental Retardation Board Inc. now known as Four Rivers Behavioral Health, representing his county of residence. Greg is a member of Paducah Downtown Kiwanis and enjoys making new friends and business connections. Greg is married to his sweetheart, Jeannie and they have 2 adult children Alexis and Scotty. They are members of Southland Baptist Temple, where he serves on the Security Team. In his free time he enjoys spending time with family and friends and watching the U.K. Basketball; building small electronics ; collecting historic funeral home memorabilia from our area. Katie is an alumnus of Southern Illinois University Carbondale, where she graduated with her Bachelor’s Degree in Mortuary Science and Funeral Service. She resides in Benton, Kentucky with her Husband Morgan, their dog Greg, and two cats, Callie and Koda. Katie is from Olive Branch Illinois and attended Egyptian High School in Tamms where she graduated as a salutatorian. In her free time, Katie enjoys attending rock concerts with friends, barbecues and bonfires with family, and hikes with her dog. She is always eager to be a shoulder to lean on.
Jennifer has been serving the families of Lindsey since 2013. She serves as the Office Manager at the funeral home. Jennifer also is a Licensed Funeral Director and has her insurance license for preneeds. She is the first smiling face you see when you walk through our front door. She has a son named Evan who was born in 2014. In her spare time she enjoys working in her church and spending time with her husband, who is a licensed funeral director at Lindsey's. She counts it an honor to serve families during their greatest time of need.
Tina has been serving the families of Lindsey since January of 2023. She serves as the
receptionist and is the second smiling face when you walk through our doors. Tina feels it is her calling to be here to comfort the families in their time of need. While serving in the United States Navy, Tina and her fellow shipmates, rendered hundreds of military honors at the burial services of the member of the armed forces, as a show of respect for the fallen. Tina has two sons, a daughter in love and two grandsons. She is married to Jody Wright who has two daughters and a
granddaughter. Tina enjoys singing, reading the Bible and spending time with family and friends.
Barry works part time as a Funeral Assistant to the staff of funeral directors at Lindsey Funeral Home, Smith Funeral Chapel and Cremation Society of Paducah. He is a native of Louisville, KY, but has resided in the Paducah area since 1979. Barry joined our team in 2014 and has been an important part of our success ever since. Barry graduated Mid-Continent University in 1987, where he earned a Bachelor of Religious Education degree. He is an ordained Southern Baptist minister, and is the Minister of Music at Zion’s Cause Baptist Church in Benton, KY. He currently lives in Reidland, KY with his wife Linda. They have three daughters and seven grandchildren.
Linda is the wife of Barry Perkins. They reside in Reidland. She spends most of her free time with her grandchildren or helping out at Zion's Cause Baptist Church where her husband is the minister of music.
Sue was a longtime resident of Metropolis, IL who now resides in West Paducah. She's an active member of World Harvest Church and enjoys spending time with her family.
Don manages the Cremation Society of Paducah, our wholly owned crematory operation. He is a Certified Retort Operator and has extensive experience in the field of cremation and crematory operations, pet cremations, and other areas of the death care industry.
Michael comes here from Livingston County. He enjoys spending time with his family and friends. He also enjoys playing the piano and the great outdoors. He works full time at Livingston County High School and part time for Lindsey Funeral Home and Smith Funeral Chapel. But, most of the time you’ll find home at our Cremation Society of Paducah location where he serves as a cremation operator.
BJ resides in Livingston County. She is retired from Livingston County
School District and EMT/FF. Her hobbies include, crocheting and NASCAR.
